i'm totally with you.....won't it just put your body into starvation mode and mean that it will hang on to every gram of fat once you start eating again? also, think of the nutrients you are missing out on that you need to have healthy, hair, skin, gums etc..... i understand juice fasting for a couple of days for a detox…
