You're gorgeous, congratulations on your weight loss and thank you for sharing your story! I think when you're so overweight, it's hard to picture yourself smaller or at a healthy weight. Especially, if you have always been heavy. Stories like this help.

Day 4 for me and I only had to break once (those damn side lunges and arm raises)! Was able to do ALL of my (girl) pushups :D

I bust out the face peel masks, nail polish and pedi cream and pamper myself. However, if at work I would simply rock it out w/my headphones because sometime, music alone, is all ya need :] Hope you feel better!

I think a sports bra could provide more support for when you're working out. I used to work out in the tanks w/built in bras and recently switched and there is quite a big difference!

I do all the time! I just put down some foil paper and bake 10min/side and they turn out lovely! I like to put a dash of hot sauce on mine with The Laughing Cow's spreadable Sun Dried Tomatoe and Basil cheese and two pieces of 12grain bread! Spinach leaves, I also put spinach leaves.... now you have me craving one! Hope…

My boyfriend & son had chinese a few nights ago and I used the veggies (onions/scallions/spinach) from left over mongolian beef tto fill my omelet. Also used some left over crushed tomatoes and added a lil parsley + a little fat free cheddar. Was delish- best omelet ever!
