cayenne pepper. on EVERYTHING!

That's fair enough thanks for explaining. But wouldn't you want them to know that? Just a quick little line to explain why?
-
I'm not judging anyone. I was asking for insight purely for curiosity reasons. I'm actually quite amused that people are getting so worked up over this.
-
Woah... I wasn't talking about me.
-
Have you read the forums lately? People don't care about health.
-
That's all well and good, but hypothetically why are you friend requesting me in the first place if you don't know anything about me?
-
How YOU doin?
-
LOL I know you know all the secrets. I saw your post the other day.
-
For one, I'm not worried. I'm just asking for insight because I'm curious. And like I said, I do hit decline. This is chit-chat dude, I don't lose sleep over it.

Exactly. This. All of this.

Ok please try not to take my "tone" the wrong way, I am not patronising, just matter of fact, and it's hard to project that in text. EM2WL practices and preaches a small calorie deficit. This means a small cut value from your TDEE for slow and steady weightloss. I fear you may have misunderstood some of the calcuations.…

I wear a good Berlei sports bra and then a firm crop top over the top of that. Then I'm good to go. Maybe time to look online, as there are some really good sports bras around. Panache is another great brand. I could just be quoting Aussie brands to you though, sorry, not sure!

Wow!! So awesome, and yes eating with a small deficit and strength training you will DEFINITELY retain lean body mass!!!
-
Just a thought for you OP... the quicker it comes off, the quicker it comes back on when you start eating "normally" again. A small deficit, without really restricting much of anything, would be best. It will get you there slower, but it will be sustainable and the results will stick. Patience is so important in this…

I keep seeing your posts, and it's time I commented. Your burns were 2700 and you were eating 1500??? That is a deficit of 1200 calories. Your body is easily in a famine state with those numbers. No way you were netting BMR. Of course your body was going to hold onto fat, it is saving it because of the hard times. Did you…

I really dislike this. Not much annoys me on here but I've seen this a few times and I find it really degrading. We have dedicated reward centers in our brains and food is pleasurable. If there are no mental issues with self control, binging etc, then like the other wise posters, there is absolutely no reason not to. It's…
-
Just a note to help you out with that fear. Your BMF gives you your TDEE, if you do not eat over your TDEE, you will not be gaining fat. It takes a calorie surplus of 3500 to gain one pound of fat.

I had the plain copper one a few years ago. It made me so sick. Over the course I had it, it was like my body was slowly rejecting it with my symptoms becoming more and more intense including chronic tiredness, low-grade fever and mood swings. Even my hair stopped growing. The instant it came out I felt like a different…

Not necessarily. I sit at a computer all day. Yes, I exercise 5-6 times a week but at least 3 of those are strength training sessions which don't burn all that much during, and most of my cardio is shorter HIIT sessions. I eat 1900 to lose (10% cut as I don't have heaps to lose and want to retain as much LBM as possible…

When you say "seems like" can you elaborate? Scale? Inches? Clothes? How long did you stay there? With determining your TDEE you must stick it out and wait for the point where your body is maintaining. This is really tough, but necessary. You are only going to be able to figure out an accurate deficit if you are sure of…

I have never seen anyone recommend a 30% cut. You're probably not netting your BMR. Your metabolism may still be suppressed to accommodate your body thinking it may be in a famine. Sounds like you could use at least a month's diet break or reset, and then drop back down to 15%.

Women do not have enough testosterone to get "bulky". Start lifting heavy. It is the best thing you can do to make your body tighter and smaller.

Whenever I see these images it makes my mouth taste funny :embarassed:

best. thread. ever.
-
Ditto. My absolute favourite time for eating is at night... ALL THE FOODS!
-
I didn't set my BMF up to lose. I just set it up for maintenance so all it does is track my TDEE. If you know your average TDEE, just work out your cut number from that. So it sounds as if your average TDEE is 2100 (very similar to me)... I eat 1900 for 10% cut. If you've not much to lose, 10% cut is probably going to be…

Hi Michelle, It sounds like you are working ridiculously hard each week so the 2600 mark sounds right. 1200 nets are just far too low for the amount you do, ESPECIALLY training for a marthon. You need a lot of food to fuel your runs. Putting this logically, you would have to be eating OVER 2600 every day to actually gain…
