Minestrone soup is only 100 calories, so have 2 bowls if you want + Salad with dressing on the side + maybe one breadstick. Don't eat that little chocolate at the end though haha. 5'9'' here, super confident, and I rarely wear heels when I go out. Why? Because getting on and off the train, walking to the bars, climbing stairs, dancing, jumping around --- ALL of these things are far less comfortable in heels. AGREED. I like to think of it as more of a weekly total thing. So, instead of eating back all of my exercise calories every time, I just upped my calories to .5 lb loss a week (which for me is like 1800 calories, I am 5'9''). Then, with my workouts 3-4 times a week, I am netting about as many calories weekly as I would be…

Must vary by individual. I am happy to report that I have lost 20 pounds, and not a pound of it was boobs. LOL No change in size here! Thank god.
