How many pieces?!? That's an ounce per slice plus the peanut butter!
-
No, I'm serious. The other day I ate a quarter pound burger and gained like... a quarter of a pound.
-
800 calories for one package? What kind of ramen are you eating??
-
Just had them 20 minutes ago. What's the big deal?
-
Goes great with a cup of the world's best coffee by the way...
-
Not bad. I'd eat it.

I think you would look fantastic with pink hair.

Longer.

Damnit drmerc stop changing your profile picture, I thought you were being serious here!

I forgive myself because I don't want to spend the next two hours in the bathroom with my fingers down my throat. I forgive myself because it's over-eating, not murder -- and in the long run, it's not the bingeing that matters, but the reasons behind the bingeing... which, by the way, cannot be uncovered or remedied if…

Tastes good to me, and a serving or two isn't bad at all... However... My mom decided that she was going to eat the entire half gallon in a binge one night and spent the next two days on the toilet. I don't recommend that.

1.) Give myself permission to eat chocolate so it doesn't lead to a binge. 2.) Eat the chocolate. 3.) Recognize that the occasional comfort eating is perfectly normal. 4.) Forgive myself, and start again with next meal or day -- whichever comes first.

Sounds normal to me. Work takes energy/calories/food. Your body is quite intelligent; in theory, it should raise and lower your hunger levels depending on your energy expenditure for the day. (We know sometimes that's not true when other emotional and situational factors are included.) Anyways, 1.) I don't think you're…

Sounds great! Should be around 280 for the entire recipe, though... Maybe you used extra large eggs or something. :P ETA: Should be less than 280 actually. I read that as 6 egg whites.

All food, in general, contributes to your metabolic rate in the sense that you need to be fueling your body. So whether you decide to go the green tea-lemon juice-cayenne pepper-hide the remote under the couch-way, just make sure you're eating enough.

Eat the damn ice-cream.

Name one food that's so 'bad' for you. Unless rat poison is your favorite topping, pizza isn't going to kill you.

I prefer to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a king, and dinner like a king. I think that the OP should be eating more in general.
-
Yeah, you're being insensitive.. this coming from a bulimic. OP, some people (including me) would consider the occasional overeating as completely normal. People eat because it taste good, because they are in good company, because it's Thanksgiving and grandma only cooks your favorite dish once a year, etc. Yes, even…

If you hate exercise, don't do it. It's honestly no big deal. As long as you're not lounging on the couch for 24 hours a day, I think you'll be okay. Adjust your calories according to your sedentary or lightly active lifestyle.

It was a bit of a waste, as I sat there in uncomfortable silence for an hour and stared at the wall... I pulled all of my initial strength from my own reserves, and now they've been depleted. I don't mean to come off as whiny. I hate that, but I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
-
Sure it does. In fact, I think that's fitbit's recommended place to be clipped with a chest pocket being the alternative for men and /then/ the waist if all else fails. However, I like wearing it on my waist better. I've noticed that the fitbit doesn't pick up pacing very well when you wear it on your chest, and I do a lot…

So 4oz of pasta is 450ish calories. Big freakin' deal. This average adult serving in a restaurant doesn't take into account your own dietary restrictions. Most adults maintaining a healthy weight would be able to eat meals up to a 1000 calories or more on a regular basis assuming that everything balances itself out through…

Measure dry with ounces. Measure after cooking if you want to do it by the cup.
