The itching makes me thing it's an allergy of some sort... have you added anything new to your diet? Have you changed your toiletries (new deodorant, shampoo, soap)? If it persists, definitely see a dermatologist or general practitioner.

My weakness (I have two): 1- Tostitos tortilla chips w/ hint of lime. I could easily eat a whole bag by myself. *sigh* I miss my corn chips and salsa. 2- Haagen Dazs plain chococate ice cream, 28 oz gone in a matter of minutes!

I'm no expert... but what's worked for me is larger quantities of low calories foods. I consume lots of veggies throughout the day, and I eat every 3-4 hours. I try to even out my calories between each of the 5-6 meals I consume per day. The only way to do that and feel satisfied is to indulge in foods that add volume…

I also workout with a personal trainer. Pre-workout, I usually have a half protein bar or a protein shake (about an hour before). After the workout, it's breakfast time for me. So I load up on eggs and veggies.

Regular exercise has been my fix. I didn't believe it at first, but it's completely altered my mood. I spend my TOM happy, energetic and have yet to murder anyone.
