XSport Fitness Fairfax - $50K Challenge?
Anyone else go to the XSport Fitness location in Fairfax? I recently signed up and granted it's a little crowded, but I absolutely love it! It's like a one stop workout, tan and spa spot for me. Does anyone else go there? Anyone sign up for the $50K challenge?

Need Suggestions / Help
After a month of exercise 6 days a week (cardio and training) and eating within my calories, I've had a whole week of steady gains. One day I gained 3 pounds overnight!!! I've truly stayed within my calorie goal every day, except one. I eat well. I don't put empty calories in my body... what could be going on? I can't…

Orlando C25K?
I'm probably going to start C25K next week, with training Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at a local park. If anyone else if interested, I would sure love the company. :smile:
