6 hours on average.... then once every few weeks it catches up to me and I end up sleeping like 10 hours. :noway:

Every morning... in the nude, right after I get out of bed and use the restroom. I try to record the most accurate weight before it fluctuates with food/drink consumption.

Cuban espresso (brand Pilon or Bustelo preferred) w/ 6 oz skim milk and 1 tsp sugar. SOOOOO delicious! :drinker:

I use JVC Gumy earbuds that I purchased at Walmart for $8. The housing is curved to fit in the ear and so far, I have not had any problems with them. They never ever fall off.

Daily... I'm a bit neurotic about it. I am just trying to make sure that my diet/exercise plan is on track. Also seeing the weight fluctuation helps me plan my diet accordingly (less sodium, etc).

I kinda like the Pure Protein ready-to-drink vanilla shakes. Some people don't care for them, but my taste buds have gotten used to the flavor. Their convenient, not too terribly expensive and have 23g of protein per serving.

No support... if anything, my SO is a constant source of irritation and temptation. It's almost likes he's purposely trying to sabotage me and wants me to fail. Honestly, it's made me work harder... but it shouldn't be this way. :angry:

Thanks for the timely bump, niner! I'm one of those people who weight myself daily. For the first time in two weeks of steady decrease in weight, I was heavier (ok not by much, just 0.8 lbs, but still an increase). Reading the article was really helpful... I didn't freak out quite as much as I would have normally. :laugh:

I'm 5'8". Starting Weight: 221 -- 12/5/2011 Current Weight: 211 Goal Weight: Between140 and 150 -- I hope to get there by June 2012 but I really don't have any idea how long it's going to take. No rush. I want to make sure this is a permanent and lasting lifestyle change. :smile:

There are two songs from Two Door Cinema Club that really get me moving: Do You Want It All What You Know I mainly work out to alternative rock/metal. But this group has been great for cardio/elliptical workouts.

For me, the best time to exercise is definitely first thing in the morning. I'm a shift worker and often don't come home from work until after 9 PM. After such a long day, I rarely have the motivation to do anything, let alone exercise. :-)
