wow thats inspiring! whenever i feel like eating something i will definitely think about your progress. am waiting to complete my first week too. went to Olive garden and had just the soup and managed to skip all the halloween candies!

I am in too - current weight 154 , thanksgiving goal - 149 well the next tougher challenge will be to make sure I dont add back all the lost weight during the thanksgiving hols!!!

well i have a sweet tooth too, specially after lunch. nowadays I have the dannon flavored yogurt (the 60 calorie one that comes in many flavors). today in Dominicks (or Safeway) i also found 60 cal chocolate fudge (next to the yogurt in the jello/pudding section) - you could check it out too.
