Thanks for your help. I ended up changing the pounds per week goal like you suggested. It bumped me up to 1940cal. which I feel is more sustainable. I figured exercising would alter things too. Again, thanks!

I will tinker around with it. I just feel like my calorie goal is too low. I have 100 pounds to lose and it's telling me to take in 1440 calories a day. My favorite bands are "indie" type bands like Modest Mouse, The Pixies, Death Cab. But favorite songs, you say? #1: Smashing Pumpkins "1979" #2: Led Zeppelin "Fool in the Rain" I love music though. Hard to narrow it down. I pretty much love everything rock and all it's sub-types.
