Anybody choose to NOT log any exercise?
I find that when I exercise and track it I end up eating the extra calories it gives me. I set my goals as losing 1 pound per week because 2 pounds per week gave me a calorie goal that I did not feel was sustainable. But I actually do want to lose 2 pounds per week so I should avoid eating my exercise calories. I guess…

What constitutes exercise?
I know we all know what true exercising is but how much of our daily routine do we get to claim? Like if I unloaded the dishwasher and did 2 loads of laundry do I claim that? I don't think I should because if this is part of the day anyway then it's not helping me lose weight, it's just "maintenance".

Feeling pain or exhaustion after working out
So question: Is it just me or do you feel like your workout is inadequate if you don't feel tired or push yourself until you feel the "burn" or feel sore? How to change the calorie count?
Hey does anyone know if there is a way to change the suggested calorie intake per day? When I made my profile, based on what kind of stats I put it just kind of makes it's own calorie goal. I feel like it's way off.
