Oh dear, how did you do that? I have a 10k in May, in Edinburgh. I started my training for that yesterday, went well, but it was only a 15 min easy run. :)

Hello, I have a place in the GNR 2012, I am running for Meningitis Research Foundation! I am a little scared, but also looking foward to it too. Hoping to do it in 3 hours, anything less is a bonus (its my first half marathon). How is your training coming on? Kat x

I'm 5ft, and currently 129, but thats my top end weight for my height! I seem to be stuck at this weight though!

I knew deep down that i was getting bigger, and at 5ft it wasn't a good look. Pictures which were taken of me were awful, the clothes were getting bigger (size 18!) and when i stepped on the scales on 17th Jan 2011 after a break away for new year, i was horrifed to see that i was 1lb away from 182lbs! I listen to alot of Tinie Tempah, but he swears quite a bit so count that out. There are quite a few albums called Running Tracks etc, which my hubby says are quite good, they are quite high tempo, maybe give that one a try? Oh and Lady Gaga is a good one too! :)

Hi, I have today started on a Low Carb diet, as i found i was eating far too many. I am going to do it for 5 days and see how i feel. I am sticking to 5g of Carbs in 100g of food for a guideline.
