Its how I started my weight loss journey. I went out for "run" (i use the term loosly back then!) and was mortified when i couldn't even do 100 yards without nearly dying, so i walked and the whole time i was walking i kept saying to myself "i will walk this weight off" 55lbs lighter now, and run and go the gym and eat…

The only one i can suggest is the Kettlercise ones. I go to the actual classes, but i hear the DVD's are excellent too. Not sure how much they are though?

1. A picutre of me Xmas Eve 2010, was not a pretty sight 2. I found myself buying size 18 clothes (UK size 18) 3. I wasn't happy and had lost my confidence 4. I had NEVER been the weight I was when i got on the scales after xmas/new year. Never looked back since :)

This is how i feel. I got married 2 years ago now, and my pictures are awful as i didn't bother losing any weight beforehand. Now that I have, i look at the pictures and just see a horrible fat me, and don't see the happy person you should!
