I can't remember what they are called but in the grocery store where they have gravy packets they have season packets for vegetables (McCormick i believe) the packets have a baggy and you put your veggies in it with a tablespoon of water then cook them in the microwave...they are really good...sorry i don't have anymore…

i agree with the post above its great until you eat bread again.,.,.,if you like bread don't stop eating it maybe eat less and whole grain instead of white .....brown rice is good also....good luck:)

i hate turkey bacon as well.....i do love turkey burgers....if you make your own patties make sure you season well.....they can be tasteless if not.,.,.i use jeanie o ground turkey italian in my spaghetti....it taste like sausage without the fattiness of if.,.,.,the actual turkey sausage has a different texture but taste…

i found that if i use my Pyrex glass baking pan they come out crispy....and spray the top of them with pam before putting them in the oven .,.,i don't know why but only when i use that pan they get crispy

to perk up i like to take hot showers for some reason i always seem to feel 100x's better when i am sick and i do that.,.,.i also drink alot of mint tea, soup, and drink vitamin c drinks

what if you try exercising more on the days you know you are going to go over your calories and bring a snack that you know is low in calories.,.,fruit always goes good with wine:).,.,.,.,or if you don't go out binging and drinking very often why don't you just chalk it up to a cheat day?

oilve garden post their calories right on the menu....they have grilled steak and chicken spindini with veggies basically skews and veggies...you will have enough for a bread stick and salad i believe the meal is not too high in calories......or if you go somewhere else just ask for the lunch portion so you can splurge…

i try to buy when things are on sale and portion it and stick it in the freezer.,.,usually around holidays in cali there are alot of sales so i try to keep extra money that week.,.,.,i know here we have a food for less and you can get week bread on sale 2 loaves for a little over 2 buck.,.,.,it is hard i am on a budget…

i am bad at lunch so this week i roasted a turkey breast and divided it into 3oz portions (90cal) and a tortilla (55cal) and made tacos with lettuce and salsa(i make my own) ...it gives a nice mix up instead of lean cuisine or salad everyday :)

there are tortilla chips that are homemade at this small store down my street luckily they have the cal count on it!!! 1oz. about 9 chips 80 cal 6 grams of fat...these chips are pretty much like the chips you would find in a restaurant....hope this helps

for the mac and cheese I use the weight watcher recipe......believe me I LOVE mac and cheese and was not all for trying it at first.,.,.but let me tell you i have made it for family parties and people don't even know it was low fat!

I like the instant cream of wheat and i put sweetener and my fav is a tablespoon of vanilla creamer....since you make instant with water the creamer gives it a creamy rich flavor and it is sooo good:)
