I work in a mental health private practice and there are no weight changes normally.

I make taco salad with salsa...or just salad chicken and salsa, you can top it with those shredded tortilla chips they sell by the croutons. I also make my salad with just the cabbage coleslaw mix bag and add avocado. I like the lite Newman dressings they are good.

U can make ranch by using packet from hidden valley and use Greek yogurt in place of mayo..the calories are as little lite dressing and it is just as good as any ranch u can't tell the difference I get the buttermilk packet :D

I did the program during the summer..i am glad I did that before turbo fire...slow at first...highly recommend u take measurements...i lost a ton of inches on it...just started turbo fire then I will hybrid the two...good luck!

roasted edamame :) love them ...about 130 a 1/4 cup and good source of protein...and it mixes is up from having regular steamed kind...this one is more like peanuts....

i get ground turkey and make turkey burgers then freeze them...i pop them in the microwave whenever i dont feel like cooking and eat it as a burger or just the patty by itself with a salad :) yum!
