yay! good job :) that happened to me and the jeans i am wearing now.....i had them to wear to a concert 3 months ago and didn't fit into them ...looked at them a month ago and said they probably still wont fit...to my surprise they did and they fit loose :) i was so happy!

I love salt to but i try to add mrs. dash on stuff that i normally would put salt on and it really helps they have all kinda of mrs. dash now:)

you can search topics on here but alot of people use it in their lasagna...instead of noodles they use eggplant...i don't have a recipe but i hear its really good.

i get a chicken tostada...when it comes i take off the tostada shell and not eat it..i ask for few beans or none...top with salsa instead of dressing..the place i go tops with sour cream and guac. i ask for little and get about a table spoon f each so i still get the flavor but not over indudge =)

someone else posted this awhile back and said get buttermilk ranch dressing mix use buttermilk and no mayo but greek yogurt. i tried it, it taste really good suprising. and u can have like a 1/4c. for like only 30 cal. the only tip i have is let it set til it chilled or u can really taste the greek yogurt

I put them on foil add lemon juice, maybe a tablespoon of oil, some crushed garlic, season salt or cajun spice....if you dont have cajun spice add a pinch of pepper. if you go on hungry girl she has alot of alternatives....i think if you go on her website you can see her shows that come on the cooking/food channels.....she just did a whole show on pasta...she does mention spaghetti squash and she also mentions a soy spaghetti that you can get in the Asian aisle...hope that helps!

i will give up soda on my "cheat day"...the other days i usually don't drink it.......on my cheat day i love drinking soda but i will switch to sparkling water when i want to feel fizzzzz....good luck!!!!!!

it in the spice section or sometimes by the popcorn its like butter flakes....they melt in the heat.....i know it sounds weird but it does replace having to use butter and using lots of calories...i personally just dont like it on like a bake potato cus it does have a salty taste to it

just an idea i also like shrimp scampi but instead of butter i use water and butter buds and i think it comes out with the same flavor minus the calories
