Not sure what week we are on anymore but current weight is 146.5. Short of a Christmas miracle I won't hit my goal by the 25th. But I'll be 15 pounds closer to my goal!

Weight loss is not only about the scale. You're weight is going to fluctuate. Take your measurements, track your body fat %. Exercises on MFP are not accurate. Invest in a heart monitor or a body bugg to get accurate results. I found that the calories burned on here are higher than what I actually burn.

CW 147 painfully slow weight loss, but its coming off! I hurt my hip doing P90X on Tuesday, and by Thursday I was hobbling around like a 80 year old woman. Sorry but I laughed a little too. I live in Wisconsin its been in 40s outside when I'm running. But seriously, get a hat, wicking clothes, and look into body armour to wear under your clothes. I also have some light gloves that usually come off half way through my run.

Have had mine since May. I have the version that sync with my iPhone so I can track my burn all day. I really love it! I'm so excited for you. I started walking in May and by August I was running. I have gone from 2 miles in a hour to 4 1/2. It slow progress but reading posts like yours inspired me to push harder! Good luck. Please post again after you've completed your 10K!
