Thinking of what to eat is so hard! I just eat the stuff I like but control my portions and make healthier versions of it at home so I can control what and how much goes in. Homemade pizza (I make a bunch of dough on weekends and freeze in portions so it's easy to pull together) Tomato soup & Grilled cheese Chicken Cesar…

Mine get loaded with flax/chia/hemp, some leafy greens, greek yogurt, frozen mango/berries/banana, and a mix of orange juice and almond milk.

I just experienced this the last couple months, waking up just starving, and constantly hungry thinking about my next meal. It was super annoying and some mornings I couldn't fall back asleep because I was so hungry. I started logging EVERYTHING on MFP and I quickly realized I was starving myself and needed to eat WAY more…

You look awesome! Thank you for sharing

Yes, you should include all foods and drinks consumed each day as they all have calories... and then you can also track your macros, important for those needing to monitor certain nutritional goals (fibre, potassium, etc.) Gives you better insight into what is working for you and what needs to be adjusted.

I agree on the HR approach because you were unfairly reprimanded and you don't want that on your record. After your visit to HR I would ask that they speak to your co-worker to clarify the issue and to let her know how she handled it was unprofessional - she needs the warning! She needs to know that spreading it around the…

I've just started my journey again but I've been really getting into Smoothies every morning, ones with spinach and/or kale, handful of frozen fruit, greek yogurt, and then some almond milk, OJ, and chia or flax seeds. You can easily switch up the fruit to suit your tastes - may favs are Blueberry/Strawberry and…

you could add one of those drinkable yogurts like 'iogo' with your banana or make a smoothie out of it... or perhaps bake some banana muffins

You don't have to workout in the AM if that really isn't working for you - there is nothing wrong with doing PM workouts. I have never been a morning person until now. I am so protective of my sleep and refuse to wake-up any earlier than I have to lol. However, I realized that doing PM workouts meant that my workouts were…

The answer for you depends on the intensity of your workouts/duration/frequency/goal/etc. I workout 5 days/week for about 30mins. Otherwise I take Saturday/Sunday off working out but I'm still active like doing yard work or kayaking, etc. You just have to listen to your body. Yesterday I was absolutely exhausted so I did…

1lb weight loss per week is healthy so I would look into finding another GP... ( i agree on getting your heart checked though)

Hahaha, yep very true!

when we were training our pup to stay at home alone (because he was used to having someone there all the time since my fiance works from home) we initially did krate training for short periods of time and then up to 4hrs with cartoons on tv and toys. Then we left him in our bedroom with the door closed so he couldn't roam…

I do not snore often (according to my fiance) and it's usually when my nose is stuffed up from being ill or having allergies.

Sounds delicious!

Calories are pretty tight as is and I have tried smaller cups and even mixing 1/2 decaf with 1/2 regular but i get the same problem. The only time I can have a regular cup is at about 3pm but then by that point it's pointless.

Ah yes, they were homemade cinnamon rolls - even the icing - but i didn't have time to pump in the recipe so i used a generic one from the database.

thanks so much everyone!!! i will be eating more veggies and watching my macros - *fingers crossed*

I'm sitting at 158lbs right now and my final goal is 130lbs ~ 1lb a week is more than great for me but I'm not really seeing that consistently right now which is my problem. I guess i really love fruit! :blushing: I definitely need to focus on the veggies more - its not that i don't like them i just seem to neglect them…

Thanks ChristinaR720 - i agree on the vegetables. i guess i have to really break it down from now on which is slightly disappointing since the last time i lost a bunch of weight i still ate Mc Donalds and the weight came off with no problem (calories in vs. calories out right?). I realize weight loss is hard work, I'm just…

I'm 28 and was 26 when i did well on my weight loss plan the last time. I haven't really focused on my carbs or anything specific other than sticking to my calorie goal as best i can. my only concern is i get wicked hungry on days where i eat only yogurt or a smoothie, fruits and veggies until dinner and get what i like to…

Goal weight on February 28: 155 2/1: 159 2/4: 158 2/11: 157 2/18:158 2/25:158 (I keep fluctuating back and forth and it's driving me crazy!) 2/28:

you look great and should feel proud!

After almost 2 months of fluctuating up and down with the same 3lbs i have been feeling frustrated as well.... but i made a new motivational/vision board last week to keep close by to remind myself why i'm doing this and i've measured my inches as well to see that i have lost some there if not on the scale. "Trust the…

Not sure if you have a costco near you but I've found some decent stuff there at good price points. I just go for comfy as most users have mentioned and would rather wait to buy the cute stuff when i'm closer to my goal as they are pricey. I like Champion for workout bras (i'm busty too and it took me forever to find a bra…

my knees were quite weak when I first started and it did go away over time as i built more strength - i just tried to be careful to not overdo it as i progressed. Be sure to stretch well after each workout, helps your recovery - and drink a lot of water.

Yup, I totally have a skinny bin! It will be a little while still before I get to pop the lid open but I can't wait :)

Not sure if this counts but I like Kayaking.
