Yes! I'd like to lose 15-20lb by Christmas, so this would be perfect. :) Nice to have similar goals and support during holidays (including avoiding Halloween candy, and Thanksgiving/Christmas binging). Good luck ladies!

I feel you! It took me a year of "I'm going to start this Monday!" (and 15lbs of extra weight gain) before I actually started. I've been dedicated for a month, but beginning to really feel like I'm getting my energy back and feel more in control of myself. All the best!
