I am feeling the same way..about a week in. This is my second go around. I fell off the wagon about 2 months ago. I remember the first time it took me about a week and a half to get over the carb flu. After that get ready to feel like a million bucks!!!

IMO..Its best from fresh food. There are many different types of protein in real food vs maybe 1 in a supplement..among many other things. The real food is slower digesting and whey, for example, is a quick digested. It should be treated as just that...a supplement. I know there are many other reasons but this just off the…

It is so much fun! I have the 1st and 2nd and the 3rd is under the tree. Im gonna have to run everyone off to do it though...they laugh at me! I'm gonna do it at least every other day. Gonna try to start the C25k as well.
