I know the difference because I almost payed for smartlipo however from all the photos ive seen NOTHING looks any different and im too young for a tummy tuck to be honest its ridiculous when ill prob have kids in the future and then rly need it.

You can do it girl, you just got to get that motivation its REALLY hard especially coming from someone who has worked back to back jobs with school too. Just add exercise in with your routine like parking away from buildings, and taking stairs. :) YOU can do it we have faith in you!!

i have these size 4 pair of jean i use to wear when i was 18. while it would be nice to fit in them id say i was most happiest being a size 6. :)

im a large in shirts and usually a 10-12 in pants unless they run really low ive even picked up a 13. But even when my waist was a size 4 I'd have to buy a size 6 because of my big behind :) ahh the pains of having the kim kardashian bottom/thighs.

just focus on your exercising and staying really active throughout your day! you'll find out your burning more then you think if your constantly moving about during the day :)

i know right! after i saw all these blog posts about it about how eating over 600 cals is wrong i felt like a fatass for even attempting 1200! i was doing only 900 cals when i started feeling sick because i work out alot.

Truth IDK about the exercise log here i mainly use this just for food so instead i eat 1200 with exercise and i dont eat my calories back i find im losing more that way.

000oooh add me <3 I've yoyo'd three times in my life. I've gone from my heaviest 160lbs to 115lbs before in my youth it CAN happen. I am now somewhere in the 145 range but I'm 25 yrs old now its a lot harder to get to my goal - 120lbs. :( keep on going gf
