You can do it. I just did W5d3 on Saturday. I dreaded it the whole week! I did it! I felt so good about myself after. A pinched nerve in my neck has postponed the start of week six until tomorrow. I'm hoping that the run won't be terrible due to the4 day break. Have faith in yourself. You can do it!! :flowerforyou:

Boy I'm happy to hear you made it. Week 5 Day 3 for me is scheduled for tomorrow. Definitely feeling a little apprehension. I hope it goes as well for me as it did for you. Congratulations!!!! You did it.

I am totally with you. Don't love sweating :) I used to run 3 times a week 2 or 3 miles. I stopped and over time gained 40 pounds. I just finished week 4 day 1 today. Anyone, anyone? Any thoughts as to if I should up my calories to between 1900 and 2100 or just stick it out at 1800??? I really appreciate your help.

I only recently started working out. I am doing the C25K program. I just finished week 2. I started "dieting" in November. I realize that 18 pounds is 18 pounds lost but I have only lost less than 10 pounds in the last 3 months. :(
