Why do I feel like a total failure if I have to walk a little on a "run"? I am now up to running for a mile and then walking for 2 minutes and then jogging another mile. Which is better? Setting it up to eat BMR times lightly active minus 20% and not eating exercise calories back; or BMR times sedentary minus 20% and eating back the exercise calories?
