Which is better?

Which is better? Setting it up to eat BMR times lightly active minus 20% and not eating exercise calories back or BMR times sedentary minus 20% and eating back the exercise calories? Does one way help metabolism or calorie burn? I think that, push come to shove I would prefer eating back exercise calories just in case I am not able to get in all of my workouts.
Thanks for your help

I would go with sedentary if you have a desk job/don't move much except for workouts...0
