my weigh in today is 214.2 last week it was 216.3 i believe sometimes i forget the ounces but i'm pretty sure that is it yay for 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have had the same problems so during the day i started eating less while i was at work so i would have a few extra calories and i would keep down the carbs and fat during the day time because i feel like if my husband doesn't want to eat what i eat he doesn't have to thats just how i feel so he would make something not…

the same thing happened to me except i didn't loose 11 pounds i kept loosing 6 and gaining it back and back and forth for a few weeks after my first month but than i wore this pair of jeans that i always wear but right out of the wash which normally i would have to squeeze into and than they fit so much better not totally…

i walked one of my labs while my husband walked the other for 30 minutes yay and for once and i'm excited to weigh in tomorrow yay:bigsmile:

ok i have been bad at this challenge work has been crazy and than when i come home i have to clean and forget that i need to walk until it is pretty late so it is my fault its not just the i'm busy excuse i'm super forgettful hopefully today is better if not at least cleaning burns some calories i've never cleaned this…

how is your eating? if your eating right than just switch it up a little start eating a few hundred calories more thats what they said on biggest loser and it worked i would try it for a week i was the same by the way i had only lost 2 pounds since starting it and i didn't eat quite right on the weekends but still a ton…
