Laughing cow cheese, can you say yum i put it ontop of a toasted english muffin for lunch and it keeps me full, it also makes me feel like i'm eating a bagel with cream cheese for some reason its only 165 calories

I've heard its better to keep dinner light. For my lifestyle I find it hard to eat a light dinner so what i do is eat light lunch, and a snack at around 3 to keep me full. I think that the best way to figure out how many calories you are burning is getting a HRM, i noticed once i got mine I worked harder to see the number go up. Also it depends on your weight and age and so everyone will come up differently

some people do eat their calories i choose not to, or i will only eat 100 more calories. I hate working out so hard than having to eat it, by the time i work out i don't have time to eat more

30 upper 20 lower i had a hard time today but i'm glad i did some plus my regular work out i think that is what gets me when i finally do my crunches

Today i did 30 upper crunches and 30 lower crunches since i haven't been working my abs as much or even exercising that much either than its been harder than it use to but i will get use to it by the end of the week yay!!!!!! Go everyone:bigsmile:
