Lunch Ideas???
I am unable to leave my desk for longer than a few minutes. I need lunch ideas. I like keeping my lunch calories under 200 and pretty good amount of protein since i eat alot of small meals through out the day Any ideas???????

i have a desk job and i feel like i would loose weight so much faster if i had a different job i think about the day and think wow i've been sitting down for 10 hours of the day so i'm a little frustrated any one else feel this way:noway:

i love the firm videos they use the 12 inch steps but they also use weights should i just put it as high impact or count it as the 12 inch step arobics? i'm a little confused on what to count it as any help out there

weekend eating
does anyone else have a hard time eating normal on the weekends? With not having work and my husband being home i notice i eat a lot more than monday-friday yesterday and today i went ove about 500 calories it sucks big time
