  • I heard body by vi is good, I know a few people that have used it and not religiously and have lost weight. But you have to stick to it.
  • start challenges for those that can take steps should do so, if you can't park your car to the back of the parking lot and walk whenever you can do so.
  • I take the elevator when I can take the stairs, at least I need to try to walk down the stairs once a day
  • Well we still have New Years, but as long as you do whatever in moderation we all should be just fine. Yeah I weighed in Friday but forgot to post (I think) but also weighed today and I am up about a pound and half since last week.
  • That is good, its always important for everyone in the house to be on the same page it definately makes it easier to stay on top of you goals when you are all striving for the same thing which is not to just lose the weight, but to stay healthy.

  • Definately the running store can hook you up with good shoes. But I usually use Nike Walking shoes, they have always worked for me. For running shoes I have some Addias and I absolutely love them
