I LOVE walking. I speed walk 30-60 minutes everyday. It's therapeutic to me- and relieves a lot of my built of stress. I just listen to my favorite songs on my Ipod and walk and really enjoy it, especially if I can be outside. :) I think it's great for weight loss and anyone can do it- anywhere!

I am ADDICTED to UltraLean MOCHA bars by Biogenesis. They are delicious and filling. They have about 20 grams of protein and around 200 calories. But they ARE filling. I also love any of the Luna bars which work out great for me because many of them are GF.

Just keep at it! It WILL get easier. I did the entire 30DS a while back and the first day I was like "are you KIDDING me?!" It does in fact get easier the more you just stick to it and do what YOU can do. You'll have bad days- just like anyone. Just stay motivated and before you know it, you'll be at Day 30.

Dream Protein- Vanilla I think it's about $40- I get a discount because I work at a place that sells it. I just mix it with milk in one of those blender bottles- tastes good!

I've been gluten free for about a year and a half and have noticed huge differences. I really enjoy elanaspantry.com for recipes. :) Good luck to her!

Thank you everyone for the encouragement and support. It's helpful to know I'm not crazy OR alone. While at work, I felt one coming on. It literally was out of nowhere. Ice, Ice, Ice! I see a Chiropractor to help with my low back pain. I also stretches. Stand at the counter and stretch yourself back and hold for 10 seconds, and then bend forward and feel the stretch in your back and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat at least 7 times.

My boyfriend bought them for his Mom for Christmas. It was totally just for her to be able to walk on the snow/ice with confidence.

I completed the entire 30DS about 2 weeks ago. I only missed one day! When I first did Level 1, I thought "oh my gosh." But it got easy fast. I did that for 10 days, then moved on to Level 2 for 10 days (which was hard!), and then Level 3 for 10 days (which, was okay after finishing Level 2). I didn't lose any weight, but…
