I use Dream Protein- Vanilla. It's really the only kind I've tried, but it's actually very good. I sometimes just add milk and shake it up in a blender ball and drink it that way, but it's good to add it to smoothies too with fruit, which adds extra flavor along with your protein. :)

I stopped Ortho a couple of months ago. My period seemed a lot heavier the first month and I had cramps, but it's been better since. I haven't noticed much of a difference in regards to anything else though.

Definitely take measurements! Most people don't lose weight, but people tend to shed lots of inches! I had the injection in my shoulder yesterday. It didn't really hurt that much at all. Would I want to do it everyday? Well, no. My shoulder was extremely sore and tender yesterday, but icing helped. They said to rest it and I would hopefully notice a difference in 2-3 days. I can't do any exercises involving my shoulder.…

I've actually talked to my Body Mind Nutrition professor about this a while back when I was having really bad cravings for sugar. I would crave cookies, chocolate, candy- anything! Everyone says use circuit training. There's a site around that shows how many cals you burn on average. I bump it down though to about 150.
