Prolotherapy?
Just wondering if anyone has had this treatment before. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for over 2 years and finally had an MRI and it shows a tiny labrum tear in my shoulder. I work for a doctor who does Prolo treatments, but I'm a little skeptical (haven't worked for him but for a week) but previous PT, exercises,…

Starting BBL & C25K- looking for support/friends? :)
So, I kind of fell of the wagon for awhile after I went on vacation at the beginning of June. I also just moved to a different city so I've been getting adjusted to that as well as finding a job and everything else that comes along with moving! But I am back now and hoping to stick with it and tone up and feel better. :)…

Brazilian Butt Lift
Anyone tried it? If so, did you lose weight or inches or both? How often did you do the workouts? I don't know much about the program other than some reviews I've read. I'm looking for something that will definitely help me tone up, but I have some issues with my low back and my left shoulder, which is why I stopped Jilian…

The Firm.
Has anyone tried this workout? I'm looking for a new dvd to try out and unfortunately Jilian and Insanity type dvd's are out of the question due to a shoulder injury. I know the workouts combines cardio and strength training and it's only 20 minutes but does super intense 8 second intervals and new cycles. Just wondering…

Shoulder pain and Cortisone shot?
So, I've been experiencing shoulder pain for about a year and a half. I have had an xray, went to PT, did exercises for 8 weeks from the Chiro I work for and nothing helps. I still have strength in my arm, but in certain positions (ie: sitting at a desk at a computer where my arm is hanging there or even holding my phone…

***Ripped in 30***
I am on Level 3 of 30DS and will be finishing up soon. I love the workouts because they're short and I do feel stronger. I've been thinking about what to do next and was thinking about trying Ripped in 30. I've never done the workouts before and was wondering if anyone has had success with them or liked them? I know most…

Drinking Water
I am really struggling with even just 8 glasses of water a day. I like water- it's the ONLY thing I drink (besides organic milk) and I've always only drank water. But I just can't drink enough! I keep it by me during the day, but by the end of an entire work day I'm lucky if I've drank 4 cups. Any suggestions on how to…

Need some advice & support.
Hello everyone, Well, I've really been slacking, but starting tomorrow I'm getting back to working out and eating right. Granted, I hadn't been feeling good and was dealing with some health issues, but I'm getting myself back on track. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for low calorie, filling snacks. Winsor Pilates
I miss the days of doing Pilates almost everyday. I'm busting out my old dvd and started it up again! Aiming for everyday...plus it's time to get back to some weights and cardio. And I guess it's time to cut back on the sweets, too. Oh, that always gets me. Wish me luck!
