So how are you eating them?

Thanks everyone!

Thanks! I'm hoping others might share theirs too

Thank you everyone! I'm thinking about going back to adding in low fat cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Also maybe go back to a whey supplement from time to time. I'll start a new thread for recommendations :)

Yes true. I actually have been mostly dairy free with the exception of some cheese. I'm going to try adding in some cottage cheese.

I'm working with a nutritionist so yes we are targeting those %s - I'm not hitting exact at all, just aiming to move closer towards that goal as I'm tracking and learning more.

Yes, they launch your fat % too

Ok I have a fitbit flex - love the colored band, simplicity, integration with apps, and the vibrating party on your wrist when you hit your goal. (Although fireworks sound great, too!) I had one go bad after like four months - just wouldn't charge. Went back and forth with them and they did replace it. After another three…

Great replies everybody - thank you!

Great suggestion - Ithe ore logging does help. Is there a way to look at the nutrition % pie for a single meal?

Just seems to put me over the fat % too. Like yesterday for breakfast making baked eggs in a nest with one whole egg and one egg white and just a tiny sprinkle of cheddar cheese - low protein % and it launched the fat %. It's been confusing.

Soda stream - LUV mine! Then use fresh squeezed citrus and a little liquid stevia to sweeten if needed.

First thought: Welcome to the club - bodies can take a big hit around this age. I'd also suggest that some bodies require a higher % of carbs. Look at recent Harvard study suggesting 30 p/ 40 c. / 40 f.

Lemon dill fish. I use tilapia. Drizzle fish with some lemon. Then coat with dill (I use penzey's spices). Place on parchment lined baking sheets with lemon slices atop each (so pretty now). Bake at 350 for just a few minutes or until cooked through. It's been a favorite in my house - even my teenage daughter!
