Hi guys - I"m on week three of Ideal Protein and I'd love to join any group you have - I've lost 8 pounds so far.

I'm on week three and down 8 pounds - found it terrible for the first two weeks but I'm getting used to it now I think.

Okay, so I'm three days in at calorie goal - four more days to go to achieve my 7 day goal!!!

I'm not on track to achieve it yet, but I still plan to achieve it in February - my rule is that it has to be 7 straight days as well.

I count tea as water - don't drink water but drink a crap load of tea and since that is a cup of hot water with a teabag in it, I believe it counts as water.

I have two goals (I hope that's okay) for February: 1. I would like to go an entire 7 days in which I don't eat over my calorie limit, just because I've never achieved that goal! 2. I would like to be down a total of 15 pounds by the end of Feb (which is another 5 pounds)

I've done 1200 for a month and lost 8 lbs. I was only hungry for the first week.
