I can't find Zumba on the database to put in my exercise and I just signed up for a 10 week class! Any advice fellow zumba-ers!
So I've done weight watchers twice and simply for life twice - both cost about 300 dollars. Now I do MFP and lose the MOST I've ever lost in a week for free! The simplicity works and I'm thrilled. I'd love to lose 3 more by Christmas but I'm also remembering that this is going to be a hard week so we'll see what happens.
What do people find? When you have a bad diet day, how long until you see the increase on the scale. Likewise, if you have an excellent day. I weigh in weekly on Sunday, but I'm wondering if I have a Christmas party on a Saturday and don't eat well, would it show up by Sunday's weigh in - or will it be a few days later?
