I'd buy a kitchen scale. Right now I just have a cheap one I found at Target. It was under $10 I think, but it only measures up to 16 oz. Which is fine for me at the moment. I've given up pop (I used to drink regular, can't even touch the diet stuff... gross!) and candy. It has been surprisingly easy to get by without pop OR candy, considering I used to eat a LOT of candy.. I've also cut back on alcohol a lot. I used to have a beer or even two almost every day. Not good!

MUSHROOMS!! Ew ew ew. Can't stand the taste OR the texture. Also, fat on any kind of meat. I've heard it has a lot of awesome, healthy benefits, and like someone already said, it speeds up your metabolism. It also has antioxidants!
