SO Today I hit 2 big big goals of mine! Not only did I go over 50 lbs total lost... I am UNDER 200 LBS!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!! I was SO excited to see that!

SW 249.8 Jan 2010
MW 227.6 (Jan 14 this year) (I gained some back then got back on track)
CW 198.6
GW 149.8 (haha so Ill hit 100) BUT I am sure Ill wanna lose more then that when I get there!!

Just wanted to share!!! YAY!

    YAY!!! ONEderland and 51 lbs thats so awesome!. I was nosey and peeked at your diary. How in the world do you burn so many calories at zumba, do you use a HRM? Im just curious because Iv taken various classes wearing my HRM and I dont even get close to 400 & Im near your weight Im 170.
    Anyway keep up the good work!!!

    Anyway keep up the good work!!!

    I'm at 161 pounds and I take zumba 2-3 times weekly. I wear a Polar FT7 HRM and always burn 400-450 calories each time. I have gone to another instructor's class and burned only 150 calories. It really depends on your instructor and her/his routines.

    And also if it helps my instructor is VERY VERY intense...She is def more high intensity then anything I have done at home or anywhere else. Everyone says she is "advanced" LOL

    I wear a Polar too but its older, it definitely does depend on your instructor I agree.

    Thank you for the website Im gonna check it out. I was like wow I wanna burn as much as her haha. Iv taken really intense aerobic/dance/kickboxing kinda of mixed classes too & my HRM only tells me I do 500ish usually and I thought she was tough.
    Good for you though on your accomplishments its very exciting & your an inspiration for sure!

    Congrats!! I am waiting ever-so-patiently and inching closer and closer to getting under 200 pounds.. I'll be so excited when I do, and even more excited when I got from obese to overweight!

    This is so great!!!! Yeah for you! I set weekly goals for myself and look forward to Mondays, which are my weigh-in days. My first ultimate goal is to break through that 200lbs wall. Glad for you! I am on my way too. :happy:
