Wow yeah I just looked at your diary and yeah u are definately not eating enough . I did the exact same thing in the beginning and it doesn't work , u r mind tells u workout out and not eat there's noway I can not lose weight but your body will do the exact opposite just to piss u off :smile:

For me its seems when I start to exercise more the weight just sticks ,Im hoping it muscle building and I am seeing things tighten up . HRM is really the only way to be sure for example I jump on my bike today and did 20 mins at 16 mph ...machine said 300 cals and hrm 160 ...way over estimated

Everyone has to start somewhere and there is absolutly nothing wrong with asking for ppl to help you out ..We are all in this for the same reasons and support in my opinion is better than any diet or workout you will even do !!!! still the same at 144 ... but Im not complaining totally fell off the wagon this week ...ate like crap and no exercise ....but the best part is I still lost 2.25 inches wooohoooo :smile:
