  • OK caught up on week 1. I'll crank out days 8 & 9 tomorrow with the set for day 11 and will be caught up. BRING IT!
  • Just saw this. I'm also in the middle of a "30 push-ups for 30 days" challenge, but really looking to work my glutes a little extra too! Got a lot of catching up to do, but gonna give it a shot! We do squats in bootcamp so I should be able to count those too
  • Like others already mentioned, the key is finding the foods and exercise that are healthy and that you like so you will stick with it. "get slim quick" gimmicky diets are almost impossible to maintain long term, and usually will result in not only gaining the weight back, but gaining more than when you started the diet!…
