I didn't cut it out completely. I'm allowed 75 grams of carbs per day, or 375gr per week(I am followed by a dietitian). So if one day I eat 100gr or carbs, I can just eat 50 the next day. I had a quarter of tomato pita with turkey, cheese and bruschetta. Drank a glass of water. Had a few grapes for dessert. I am really not sure how it stands calorie-wise because it's store bought.

I actually lost a pound without proper diet...I mean...there were days my diet was ok, but on other days it was a catastrophe. Even though it's probably water weight, I'm surprised I didn't gain anything....

I'm probably just repeating what someone already said, but you should try plain greek yogurt instead. You can put in some fruit, it's good and full of protein without much sugar. :)

I agree. This is ridiculous. They ban so many things because some people used it irresponsibly. But cigarettes / alcohol is still legal...I know it's not the same thing, but still, looks to me they will ban whatever doesn't bring them money with taxes.

Forget it :-) I used to smoke everyday and I was always hungry. I lost 12 pounds after I stopped since I didn't eat junk food every night like I used to. Of course I gained it back....but it's another story :-)
