I'm on day 6 and I usually break my squats up with like a 10 second rest in between(espeically after I got past 60 squats). Today, the backside of my thighs and legs are kinda sore. Around 20 pounds for me.

I was 205 back in April of 2012 and now I'm 165.6 pounds. It has taken me a year to shed 40 pounds and still have 10 to 15 pounds to go but slow and steady for me. I haven't gained my weight back maybe 1 to 3 pounds here and there. But that's b/c of what I ate per what I should have. Slow is good.

I have noticed all of these. On the positive side a lot of things are better! It’s easier to find clothes, sex is more enjoyable, and I don't hate looking at pictures of myself anymore. This is me^^^

You can run or jog in place and gradually try and kick your legsup higher and pick up the pace. You can also jump rope in place minus the jump rope.
