You're not the only one! I spent an hour looking that up online and I couldn't find anything. It honestly makes me a tad bit hopeless. Do squats really work? If so I need proof lol!0

Do we have to do them all in one set or break them up in the day? Like today is day 9 so I am suppose to do 100. Should I do all 100 at once or break into two 50 sets?0

i'm doing them all at once, if i have time. just to get them done. i'm also doing the 100 push up challenge. so, i just do it all at the same time.
i measured on saturday and my hips were down almost 2 inches in the two weeks i've been doing this.
tonight, is 130........ i'm tempted to do like some of you are and add some light weights...... we shall see :-)

Do you think doing them all at one time is more effective? I am thinking it would be because of the muscle exertion but I am not certain.0

I'm on day 17, and I can honestly say I see no difference at all. I'm currently at 250 squats today. I started changing up the squats to see if i would get better results. I sumo squat, jump squat etc. I also get really deep, yet nothing. Any suggestions?0

I'm on day 6 and I usually break my squats up with like a 10 second rest in between(espeically after I got past 60 squats). Today, the backside of my thighs and legs are kinda sore. But I try not to rest in between too much b/c I like to keep my form and stay in the mood. Today, I will add some weights. But I have lost 3 pounds since I started but I'm doing other workouts too.0

did you measure before and now? i don't ever "see" a difference, because i always think i look the same, but the measuring tape tells a different story. so do clothes!I'm on day 17, and I can honestly say I see no difference at all.
