Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you - psyllium husks are 100% fiber product. You can get at Walmart or Amazon. I get it at Amazon for about $6 for a pound - and that lasts for about a month

I make a"bread" out of psyllium (1tsp), egg (1 or 2 egg whites), and your favorite spices ( mine are garlic, ginger and onion powders) and 2 tsp water.
