192 was my highest weight. I am 5'9 or 5'10 14 pants (getting snug) and xl and xxl shirts (40 DD)...dresses and bathing suits were really depressing..16 & 18 dresses and 18 bathing suits.

Dreamfields pastas are pretty good and low in carbs. I also look for alternatives like quinoa, barley and brown rice.
