I really like this and can be taken as good advice. I always look at my clothes in my closet and feel like I don't wear too many of them. And I should definitely put up my "winter clothes" during the summer so they don't take up space in my closet. It's hard though, cause I think I wear just abut everything.

ehhhh, I don't completely agree with that. I think everyone is just different. I've eaten clean before and I've lost weight from just eating clean and not working out.

I used to skip breakfast too and sometimes I still do. But when my college classes start up I either need to bring a snack to school or have breakfast there. I just realized how much missing breakfast effects me when I'm in school. I feel fuzzy haha.

Yeah sometimes I have a problem eating breakfast. I have to wait at least 1 to 2 hours to eat because if I try to eat anything anywhere from just waking up to 30mins, it makes me gag and feel sick. Than I feel like I'm forcing myself to eat. I don't know why.

Yeah I think a change to routine is always good. I know sometimes if you keep the same routine for awhile it can slow down or halt your weight loss. Especially when you lose a certain amount of weight and hit that wall. When I got down to 140 145 pounds I hit a wall and my goal was to be 130. I ended up gaining 10 pounds…

Thanks! This does help a lot. Last week I had a "bad day" and binged and felt full for the rest of the day. The next day I contemplated whether or not I should eat my goal in calories because I was worried how it would effect me and my weight loss =/. But I ate normal anyways and seeing this makes me feel better.

Running is awesome but I still think you should go to the gym and mix it up a bit. Is that what you were doing at home? And running on pavement can be taxing to the body. My shins were hurting this week :( and I only went on one run and did good too but it had been awhile for me also. But yes! To the gym. :smile:

Haha yeah that's my thing. I had a cheat day this week since I was feeling a bit down and than wanted to go running but had to look after my niece. Usually she falls asleep at a decent time so I can go running. I was mad that I couldn't go run since I had a bad day.

I am 5'1 Started dieting at 152lbs Cureently 150lbs I joined this week My goal weight for now is 130 My super goal weight is 120-125. I expect this to take anywhere from 3-6months.
