For me, I normally just eat my goal which is between 1200-1600. I actually upped my calories from 1200 to 1600 based on what a trainer told me for my weight, height age, etc. I have a goal of 10 more pounds and then I want to start toning. Yeah, also during my aerobics I have two teachers who teach the class and since it's twice a week, each one teaches once a during the week. The older one is more low intensity and does fewer moves. Mon Wed and Friday I usually go walking anywhere from 30 to 60 mins and add some abs workouts or I do the 30 day shred workouts on those days just to mix it up or depending on how I feel.
