What time do you eat your dinner?
Personally I eat mine usually around 7pm. Fact or myth, I'm not sure, but I've heard two different times for this. After 5 you're metabolism slows down. Also I've heard after 7pm. So I just assume between the hours of 5 and 7 is when your metabolism slows down for the day. So second question, is this true or does this vary…

What kind of exercises can I do until my sprain ankle heals?
About two weeks ago I sprained my ankle and thought I gave it a good rest and soldiered on with my workouts. Turns out my ankle wasn't fully healed yet and today is the 3rd day I'm giving it to heal. I've found myself lately to feel like I have a black hole in my stomach. Maybe I'm not eating foods that are filling but I usually eat within on calorie range of 1200. Sometimes I go over. What can I eat to satisfy my appetite guys?

Feeling the burn from every day activities, is this normal?
Ok, so I workout anywhere from 5-7 days a week and I burn most of my calories twice a week doing martial arts (around 600 calories). Have you guys heard of the myth...
or maybe it's a fact about thirst and water? That sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger when it's really thirst? I had a friend who told me this and she had started to consume more water when she felt "hungry." If you're not getting enough water in a day I could understand this, but is this a fact or myth?

Who here eats 6 (small) meals a day?
And what is/are your workout regimen? I feel that as I start to workout more, I'll probably need to be eating 6 small meals but I can't fathom the idea. I've done it before and it feels like I'm always eating and sometimes I'm not hungry enough to eat that much. And I'm just curious to see how everyone else does it.

Does anyone have cheat days?
I don't know if this is a silly question. Just wondering if anyone has cheat days or how I like to called it "treat yo self" day? I know some diet experts say its ok to eat certain foods in moderation and not to deny yourself some of your favorites, what do you guys think about that also?
