Ok, so I workout anywhere from 5-7 days a week and I burn most of my calories twice a week doing martial arts (around 600 calories). We just started a new workout that my body will soon get used to and I was pretty sure the next day. I've noticed when I do every day things like climb the stairs, lift and carry around my niece or do a lot of bending, I get that burning sensation you get when you're working out and feel the burn.
Just wanted to know, is this normal? Is this a way my body is telling me to take a break you're doing too much?

Good question. I'd like to know this too. I get that feeling too every day when I take the stairs at work, which is only to the 4th floor. My thighs burn burn burn going up the stairs. I could understand if it was 10 floors or more you know. I can't remember a time when this didn't happen though so maybe it is normal.0
