i would say up your calories. find one of those websites that can tell you how much you should really be consuming. i personally upped my calories from 1200 because i started wanting to binge. i wasnt satisfied. i would lose my willpower. i knew something wasnt right. so i upped my calories and continued to lose weight.…

okay the reason you think you need to burn 1500 MORE is because that equals a pound (i think its 3500cals) ? right? you need to burn that much in a WEEK. if you are using MFP calorie count the deficit of 500 is already there. so you are supposed to eat back exercise calories. so then you would be eating 2000 calories a day.

i said no to chicken wonton taco appetizer at applebees.. and everyone tried to get me to eat it.. but i knew i was getting food.. & also would already be having "something bad" (an iced coffee) later.. plus that appetizer would not have fit into my calories.
