i dont track anything but my calories. i might sometimes accidentally notice how bad of an idea something is in the sodium department and might rethink it.. but thats rarely.. i think its great if you CAN track them all and stick to them... but i personally can only focus on one thing at a time. good luck though!!

i plan on being here for a lifetime.. (maintaining hopefully lol).. sooo add me if you like. =)

i say you dont have to give up your diet soda.. i say you can still lose weight. i'd say there is most likely a ton of benefits of giving it up but you can do anything with or without it. stay in your calories and you should be good. i'd recommend not drinking more of it then you normally did.. maybe slacking up once in a…

totally possible! i agree that you should break it into smaller goals though. it takes alot of time. i started at 327lbs. so my goals were 300, 250, 200.. and then i continue on. i made it under that 200.. but bounced back up and am currently fighting it.. and im aware that i have already lost a whole person.. but i took…

four months. i dont think i exercised if any. MIGHT have been riding bikes once in a while. about a mile at a time.. im not an exercise kind of person. plus i feel like you need to learn how to eat properly without the exercise factor in order for long time weightloss to work because if you suddenly stop exercising then…

yes definitely a food scale. thats the only way you will get accurate results... cuz like you said the size varies. i so know about counting haha. just recently i counted sweet potato fries.. serving size is 22 pieces... i couldnt figure out why i only got 5 servings out of the bag when it was supposed to be 6... because…

for me personally.. i would guess it would be that it was a few hours later then you usually weigh yourself.. because i myself can fluctuate a good 5lbs in a DAY if i weighed at different times without even being on my cycle.. but it could very well be your cycle as well especially if you havent eaten any different then…

kudos for you to going even if you feel that way. but here is an idea.. maybe they were exactly in your place one day? its a possibility. remember that you are there for YOU not them.. try to forget that they are there. but seriously not everyone was born with those bodies.. if any of them.. they have put in time and…

its called a plateau. it happens to the best of us. i have hit a few. stick to your game plan.. its more about being healthy and taking care of your body then it is numbers on the scale. i stalled for a few months and started to believe maybe my body was trying to tell me it was the natural number its supposed to be. but i…

i had avocado sandwiches. absolutely delicious and one of my fav things. my latest way of making it is 2 pieces of bread slightly toasted, a little yellow mustard, 1/2 avocadoo, some salt, a light drizzle of olive oil. so stinking yummy! & an apple for snack which was nice andnjuicy and delicious too!
