I think it would only make a difference to do it in the morning if you didn't eat first. Then, you may get dizzy and feel funny. Make sure you're fully fueled. I like to run in the evenings too, and find morning runs difficult for this very reason - I don't have time to wait around for the food to settle before I run in…
